I was once told that I have an obsessive personality and I can only assume that this is true. When I find something I like I
really like it. This holds true for many television shows as well. I thought I would let you in on a few of my favorites. This incomplete, in no particular order list contains shows that are of no secret to anyone, however they are shows that I once resisted for what ever reason, but are now filed under regular viewing in my home.
House MD I would have to say that this is my new favorite show. I just started watching last week after much prompting (thank goodness for DVD). House is formulaic show for sure, but with enough sarcasm and snide comments to more than make up for it.
LOST Was my favorite show until last week (see above). A bit hokey at times, I mean come on they are lost on a tropical island with monsters, hatches, and polar bears. However it is redeemed by an excellent cast and intriguing plot lines. Plus I think it would be fun to have a party where we watch lost and call it a lostival. Anyone with me?
CSI The original of course. Formulaic? Sure. Over acted at times? Of course. Pure fun? Oh yeah. Hey did anyone see last weeks episode? Was that lady creepy or what? And I can't continue without mentioning that Nick shaved that stupid mustache. Thank you!
Arrested Development ...sorry I had to wipe a tear. It seems that this has been shot down by the powers that be at FOX. Those jerks. This show it pure zany fun. With a most excellent cast, superb writing, some of the wackiest and most endearing characters around it is as close to perfection as they come, yet no one is watching. What is wrong with you people?
